Coffee Science is hot and happening!  Savior brand likes to have fun with coffee and have started a Brew Bar on Fridays between 10am and 1pm.  This is where they experiment with coffee, play with aeropress and syphons and extraction times and all manner of things relating to coffee. Contact Max Pienaar on max@saviorbrandco.co.za  for more information or just make a date and come and have some fun! If you cannot make it on a Friday morning be sure to try out their Coffee Tonic sometime.  It’s  an iced coffee without any milk, cream, coconut cream or in fact anything creamy or milky at all.  I don’t want to give away the secret here so go and taste and let me know what you think of it.  It really is a tonic. – Meleney Cunniff, July 2015
